So many women I've talked to about 'Sex Club', a small women's group I run, have asked to be part of it. It's so hard to say no, I want to talk about sex with all these incredible women!

I'm excited to launch a more inclusive format that allows us to build community around sex and intimacy, a place to learn, share, and play together. It will be a monthly gathering with a mix of discussion, sharing, and workshop activities. Different theme each month.

About Me

A bridge between worlds

I've always enjoyed having my feet in different worlds. On one side I was always the 'good girl' and A student, I loved school, studied Economics at Oxford University and went straight into the rat race of strategy consulting then private equity in London. And then there are many other sides, the outdoor adventurer, the hippie, the raver, the attention seeker, the slut, maybe not all in the way you assume!

I'm now a sex, intimacy and relationship coach and facilitator. I've trained with Somatica® and completed the Urban Tantra professional training with Barbara Carrellas.

I've been influenced by many trainings, events and reading over the last 10 years, authentic relating and circling, sensual massage, non-violent communication, the Wheel of Consent, amongst others.

Life has been my greatest teacher, I've learnt a huge amount from my dear friend, and ex partner of 12 years. Both being single and being in relationship can be so wonderful, so beautiful and also sometimes hard. I'm passionate about supporting people to navigate these different stages with the skills and knowledge I wish I'd had sooner!

I'm excited to discuss all topics regarding sex, intimacy and relationships but areas of particular personal interest include long-term relationships, non-traditional relationship structures, and exploring kink and tantra.

My Why

This work is world changing

I used to imagine my purpose would lie in something like sustainability, regenerative business or healthcare, something that felt obviously world-changing. But life has a funny way of revealing where we're truly called.

I believe that if we really allow ourselves to embrace intimacy and connection we start living more authentically and sustainably. When we can access our own inner pleasure we don't need to buy as much stuff just to fill the void. When we truly love ourselves, we can also love others and our planet and treat them all with care and respect.

I also love being a bridge between worlds, whether that's introducing people who'd never think of attending a tantra workshop to these practices in a language they understand, or just helping people shed shame and embrace all parts of themselves. For me, this work is about joy, about being fully alive, and about creating a more loving and connected world, one intimate conversation at a time.
